Use your phone as a Philips TV remote
Philips TVs with Android TV or Google TV can be controlled from any phone on the same Wi-Fi. Open a remote app, pick your Philips and type the code shown on the TV. To let the phone switch the TV on as well, turn on Switch on with Wi-Fi (WoWLAN) in the TV's network settings.

Let your phone turn the Philips TV on
A phone can only wake a Philips TV that keeps its network connection in standby. On Android TV and Google TV models, turn on Switch on with Wi-Fi (WoWLAN), found under the wireless and network settings.
Philips calls HDMI-CEC EasyLink. With it on (under the TV's general settings), turning on a console or streaming box connected by HDMI also turns the TV on.
